Logodesign for the “Mediale Geowerkstatt” (Media-Centric Geo-Workshop (roughly translated)) in Hamburg.
The Geowerkstatt deals with geoinformation, placemarks and geo-measurements in many facets.
The color-palette was given and it’s use obligatory.
The omnipresent map-marker is known by everyone since google maps.
Since the Geowerkstatt deals with many facets, many people and many ideas, the various “shards” of the logo reflect this.
